(116mm = 47mm frame head + 4mm clearance + 25mm draught bar clearance + 40mm cill) (102mm = 47mm frame legs + 4mm clearance to either side of the door) For outward opening sets it is USUALLY your door height plus 102mm and your door width plus 102mm (102mm = 47mm frame head + 4mm clearance to top and bottom of the door + 47mm weather cill) (102mm = 47mm frame legs + 4mm clearance to either side of the door)
