When looking for door handles for existing or new doors it's important to create a balance between style and practicality, there may be the option to "reverse" the latch on some locks to suit outward opening doors but this may require an additional keeper at an extra cost if the additional item is available.

A door from DirectDoors.com requires an equally impressive door handle pack offering everything you need to fit a door in one box, including a latch or bathroom lock and either two or three high quality hinges depending on the chosen pack.

Hinges:

Hinges play a major role with the functionality of a door and choosing a cheap hinge can often be false economy. Our handle packs (DEPENDING ON CHOSEN PACK) come with either two or three quality 3" (75mm) or 4” (100mm) hinges ensuring they are fit to hang our stylish and heavy doors but we supply three hinges with all fire door packs in order to comply with fire door regulations.

Choice:

Our Handle Collection also includes a range of Fire Door Handle Packs which have gone through rigorous testing qualifying them to be CE Marked and as such comply with Construction Products Regulations. These handles, hinges and latch can therefore be supplied with half hour fire resisting or fire escape doors, offering peace of mind that the door handles, hinges and latch are fit for purpose.

The bathroom handle packs contain a bathroom turn and release locking mechanism, however just because they’re named bathroom handle packs doesn’t mean they are limited to just bathrooms. Use the internal locking mechanism pack to any room like a bedroom to create an additional sense of privacy.

Our range of handles are designed to complement our door range, for example the Tiber with its straight lined design perfectly complements the Palermo door whereas the curved design on the Oka is an ideal choice for any door in the Ellipse Collection.

Finishes:

The handle pack collections are polished chrome and lots of other handles will have extra options such as Satin Chrome, Polished Brass or Bronze where available which all work perfectly with Oak, White or even darker timber doors. Some of the handles in the range also feature Black Nickel which offers a greater sense of elegance when used with the a contrasting door colour.

Please do not arrange any tradesman until the goods have arrived, been checked over for damages and are suitable for installation as you intended, courier delays due to illness, traffic issues or product damages can also impact on your arrangements. Wood products will have a naturally occurring grain, this will vary regardless of veneer type, this is the beauty of wood. We cannot be held liable for any consequential costs should you arrange an early installation or whether the courier is delayed and lastly if the grain is wavy / straight and not to your liking.
