We've streamlined every step to make the custom ordering process simple, efficient, and reliable.

Choose from seven carefully selected primed colour options, designed to suit a range of interiors – whether you’re refreshing one room or renovating an entire property. If you’d like to check the finish before committing, we recommend using our sample request product to see the colours in person.

Once your order is placed, we may send a CAD drawing for sign-off, though this is only done if necessary to confirm internal proportions. In most cases, the process is entirely handled by our technical team, meaning minimal input is needed from you.

Every door is manufactured to your exact requirements, with precise quality checks carried out at every stage. From initial cutting to final finish, our team ensures each made to measure door meets the highest standards.

We deliver your doors using either our dedicated fleet or a trusted third-party courier. Standard delivery time is 5–7 weeks – not due to production delays, but primarily to accommodate logistics and any required customs handling.

Please be aware that all made to measure doors are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once sign-off has been received, due to their custom nature.

If you're choosing a glazed or panelled design, note that all doors are beaded on one side only – this is necessary for securely fitting glass or panels. When installing multiple doors in one space, we advise aligning the bead side consistently across all doors for the best aesthetic.

Please do not arrange any tradesman until the goods have arrived, been checked over for damages and are suitable for installation as you intended, courier delays due to illness, traffic issues or product damages can also impact on your arrangements. Wood products will have a naturally occurring grain, this will vary regardless of veneer type, this is the beauty of wood. We cannot be held liable for any consequential costs should you arrange an early installation or whether the courier is delayed and lastly if the grain is wavy / straight and not to your liking.
