DL5040 type 101mm Tubular latches are best used with ball handles rather than lever latch handles and are mainly used on any internal wooden, flush or veneered doors.

These heavy sprung latches are designed for use with unsprung or sprung ball handles, if you intend buying a handle from the Serozzetta lever handle range please only choose the smaller heavy sprung latch and not the standard latch as shown in our "Related Products" section below, the standard tubular latch will make any Serozzetta lever handles appear faulty as the handles are too heavy and need the extra strong spring that only a heavy duty latch can provide, this larger latch DL5040 latch product is for ball type handles only.
