The differences between each flooring type:

Laminate is not only the cost effective option but the most versatile. This type of product offers a greater variety of styles to be printed on the surface, this results in it being easier for you to find the perfect style for your home.

It’s truly low maintenance and easy to take look after, all you’ll need to do is sweep, vacuum and occasionally damp mop to keep it looking its best. It’s ideal for those who enjoy DIY or want to save additional money on installation, as the 2G/5G click installation is far easier.

Engineered Oak is a 3-layer 100% wood construction board, with a surface layer of genuine oak. This gives it the authentic style of true hardwood flooring, without the cost. Most are easy to install yourself thanks to the 2G/5G installation. 5G installation can be up to 25% quicker than other systems – Herringbone styles can be a little more complicated.

There are a wide range of oak colourings and styles to choose from, but all are sophisticated and stylish additions to your home.

Solid Oak Flooring is constructed from a solid piece of oak and is built to last. A true solid oak flooring is a genuine investment in your home and can last for generations if well maintained. The most expensive of the three types of flooring, but also the most attractive and long lasting.

Please do not arrange any tradesman until the goods have arrived, been checked over for damages and are suitable for installation as you intended, courier delays due to illness, traffic issues or product damages can also impact on your arrangements. Wood products will have a naturally occurring grain, this will vary regardless of veneer type, this is the beauty of wood. We cannot be held liable for any consequential costs should you arrange an early installation or whether the courier is delayed and lastly if the grain is wavy / straight and not to your liking.
