Consisting of a wall-mounted sliding track from which the door is hung, the Thruslide Surface Sliding Door system does not rely on any floor tracks, thus keeping the doorway clear of any tripping hazards. As the pictures show, a pelmet-box construction (not included with Thruslide Surface Sliding Doors) is encouraged, this helps to conceal the sliding door tracks and door-mounts. This is a fantastic sliding door system that is ideal for all manner of contemporary and traditional interior home designs.
