How to fit a door latch by DirectDoors.com
A DIY video for installing a door latch, it's easy.
Plan for the size of latch and the position on the door where you want to fit it.
It is important that you make sure the width of the door rail (the vertical rail) or stile as its known where the latch is to be fitted suits your chosen size of latch, too big and the door will be ruined as the handles may overlap the edge of the panel or glass within the door.
Apply a little bit of common sense and you can't go wrong.
