The pocket door in itself is nothing new, the way the pocket door kits have been engineered certainly is, in the last 20 or so years the pocket door system has eveolved in to something that is very versatile.
The option to choose from the relatively simple system that slides in to a timber stud partition as shown above or telescopic pocket doors that allow two doors to slide in the same direction but in to one pocket cassette and then there is the unilateral pocket doors that allow two doors from opposing directions to slide in to a central single pocket cassette.

TWO ADJUSTABLE DOOR STOPS
The first doorstop is factory set to stop the door 70 mm from the edge of the pocket, the second is designed to lightly hold the door in the closed position to prevent bounce back.
