This cavity door system is the perfect solution for all DIY lovers: with few simple frames include of: 6 horizontal strong bars 0.7mm thick on each side and a rail that can bear up to 100kg. The horizontal profiles and the vertical ones are 1.2mm thick.
The structure is composed of a two metal frames and each frame contains of: 6 horizontal strong bars 0.7mm thick on each side and a rail that can bear up to 100kg. The horizontal profiles and the vertical ones are 1.2mm thick.
The idea is to build the pocket to the same thickness as the studwork - 75mm (3") which is the standard studwork size generally in use, so that you can directly continue using the standard 12.5mm plasterboard over the pocket providing the finished wall thickness of either 100mm (4") four inches.
You can set up Evokit without any screws.
