35mmor40mm doors (depending on choice and availability) and a frame section of 180mm.

The idea is to build the pocket to the same thickness as the studwork - 155mm(6" approx.) so that you can directly fit the standard 12.5mmplasterboard over the pocket, providing the finished wall thickness of 180mm (7").

Further layers of plasterboard can be added to increase the overall wall thickness but other joinery work may be required. When fully open the leading door projects 9cm out of the pocket.

When the telescopic doors are fully closed with both doors out of the cassette, the overlap of the doors will be about 5 cm on average.

These pocket doors come with full fitting instructions and the door system allows you to slide the doors straight in to a cavity in a preformed wall aperture, the system incorporates a galvanised steel cassette section and a track set with all fittings and the door may be supplied with full decoration but no decor is included to the cassette system parts or its frame, check each door as you browse for the exact details.

The Coventry Walnut Veneer Shaker Style brings warm walnut character, a ready finished surface, clear glazing and Shaker styling to a space saving sliding opening, supplied here as a Staffetta quad telescopic pocket door set.

Soft close hardware is included for a smoother closing action, while the pocket system lets the door slide into a wall cavity to free up usable floor space.
