All doors from DirectDoors Bespoke Slimline range are 40-45mm thick, rail & stile breadths are 90mm, astragals are 34x40mm. All dimensions and thicknesses are +/- 2mm.
Please note, the 90mm rails require no more than a 65mm latch to be fitted, do not drill any more than 70mm from the edge of the door.
All edges and cut-outs should be treated before final fitting, failure to treat bare timber may lead to excessive changes in moisture content which will cause timber to shrink or swell, possibly causing splits or distortion.
The doors will have visible wood grain and are primed but need to be fully finished on site.
Our matching pairs are also available online and will be supplied with a pairmaker jointing strip which will allow you to choose which door opens first, this pairmaker is supplied loose and a little longer than required to allow for site trimming, if it is not listed please ask.
Smaller and larger sizes may be available, please ask for a quote if you need something different for under your staircase etc and we can also supply the full range pre-hinged and as a full frame/door set.

- Doors within the range of 600mm-849mm in width or 1800mm-2049mm in height will come in a 40mm thickness, unless you've opted for the 45mm version. For sizes exceeding these dimensions, the thickness will be 45mm.

- 9mm thick moisture resistant MDF, recessed within the door thickness.

Note: Our glass and panel doors are beaded on one side only in relation to securely fixing the glass or panels to the door, please take care when fitting multiple doors to keep the beads consistently where they are visible in one room or a hallway.
For our glazed versions we also have a choice of "White Laminate Glass" and please use our sample request product should you want to be sure of the colours.
