Returned goods will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge provided the goods are received back in to our warehouse in the same condition as they were delivered but the following applies.

Customer note, lots of our doors are deemed "SPECIAL ORDER", this means that any orders that are subsequently cancelled by the customer will not be able to be accepted for return or refund if a sale is then cancelled. please confirm this 1st.

Refunds will not be offered against Pvc Doors, Bespoke Doors, Pre-finished doors, Made to order Doors, Composite Doors or Fire Doors.

There may be a uplift/collection charge on doors that have been accepted for return.

Availability Note; Availability relates to "Working Days", availability and delivery timescales against all our products are subject to availability in our warehouse or at our suppliers, any products that are completely out of stock will be advised to you at the earliest opportunity, the choice will then be yours as to whether you wish to wait or have a full refund on the delayed item.

Lots of our doors are unique to our company, many of the other doors are at new lower prices.

Ask us to try and price match inclusive of delivery charges if you see an identical product at a lower price.
