A huge range of door handles but painstakenly seperated out to accommodate latch handles, lever handles, ball handles and handles for locks...... all in order to make it an easy and pleasant way to browse.

All Door handle fitting should be carefully considered when dealing with certain types of door handle, it really is important to make sure you buy a lock with a keyhole if you are fitting a "sash" type lock, sash locks have a latch and a security lock bolt combined whereas "dead" locks have a security lock bolt and are primarily used on front doors where you may only need a fixed pull handle.

Door handles, internal, we recommend ball type door handles are only fitted to doors with a middle rail such as the panel doors or doors with half glass which will then allow you to fit a longer latch (95mm), this will in turn allow your door handle to be as far away from the door edge as possible, if you use the smaller latches (65 or 75mm) with ball type door handles you run the risk of catching the back of your hand when closing the door.

Door handles, internal, doors with glass; it is normally best to fit lever type door handles to this type of door, this will avoid a ball type door handle overlapping the edges of the door nearest the glass or indeed breaking the glass when attempting to fix the wrong type of door handles with the wrong type of lock or latch.

Louvre and Bi-fold, door handles, bolt through pull door handles or face fix door handles are the only type that suit louvre or Bi-fold doors.

We recommend the use of lever type door handles (not ball type door handles) if the user has any hand or arm disability.

Wooden door, door handles, external, we recommend using bolt through single pull type external door handles such as the M33 exterior door handles, M60 external door handles, M49 external door handles etc when the door has projecting mouldings, remember that these external door handles are not suitable for use with a Mortice Sash Lock (the type of lock with a latch) and are most suitable with a Mortice Dead Lock and Yale lock.

The rear doors to a house are normally best fitted with a Mortice Sash Lock to allow you easy access to the garden; there is a large selection of exterior door handles, lever/lock type which suit this type of lock.

We can fit a multi point lock systems with external door handles, this system is suitable for most external door sets, the door comes with a frame and is hinged ready for you to fit to the prepared opening.
